The personal data obtained from this platform are entered and stored within MedSpeak's authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by authorized personnel and those of the sponsors of this platform. MedSpeak has instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the respondents' personal data. Furthermore, the information collected and stored from this platform shall only be used for the following purpose: marketing and research purposes regarding the use of olanzapine for indicated psychiatric disorders. MedSpeak shall not disclose the respondents' personal information to anyone other than those specified in this document without the respondents' consent and shall retain this information over a period of not more than two years for the effective evaluation and review of the foregoing post-graduate course, and for planning and organizing future scientific activities.
